Pink Parcel & Co. is seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our Southwest Houston delivery team.

COMPENSATION
- Base Pay: $1.55 per package
- Same-Address Bonus: Additional $0.50 for each additional package delivered to the same address
- Earnings vary based on package volume and qualifying additional packages.
- Pay chart and pay schedule will be provided during the hiring/onboarding process.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
There is a two-week pay hold for new drivers. After the initial two-week hold, drivers will be paid weekly according to the regular payroll schedule.
SCHEDULE
- Warehouse operates Monday through Sunday.
- Drivers select their delivery days based on their availability.
- Drivers are expected to remain consistent with their selected schedule.
- 6:00 AM arrival time is required on scheduled delivery days.
- Any schedule changes or availability issues must be communicated as soon as possible.
VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS
Drivers must provide their own reliable vehicle.

Requirements:
- Reliable and properly maintained vehicle
- Active auto insurance
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable smartphone
- Ability to safely transport and handle packages
Pink Parcel & Co. does not provide vehicles. No vehicle rentals, leases, or lease-to-own options are currently available.

PARTNERS
Partners are permitted. If working with a partner, the arrangement must be communicated to management and comply with all company and route requirements.
DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:00 AM on scheduled days.
- Pick up and organize assigned packages.
- Load packages safely and efficiently into your vehicle.
- Follow the assigned delivery route and instructions.
- Complete residential deliveries accurately and professionally.
- Use the required delivery app and complete delivery confirmations/photos.
- Handle all packages with care.
- Communicate delivery issues, damaged packages, or other concerns promptly.
- Complete required package returns according to company procedures.
- Maintain professional and respectful customer service.
TRAINING & ONBOARDING
Selected drivers will receive orientation and training before beginning regular route operations. Training will cover the delivery process, app usage, package handling, route expectations, and company procedures.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
