Our client seeks a dynamic and visionary Preschool Regional Director to provide executive leadership across multiple early learning centers in Buckhead, Georgia, one of Atlanta's most vibrant business and residential districts.

This strategic role is perfect for a results-driven professional with integrity, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for early childhood education. You will oversee operations, regulatory compliance, curriculum quality, staff development, family engagement, and financial stewardship across multiple centers, some serving 300 students.

As Preschool Regional Director, you will play a key role in shaping the growth, reputation, and long-term success of our clients' centers. You will foster a culture of accountability, respect, and educational excellence, ensuring every center delivers the highest-quality learning experiences for children, families, and staff.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage multi-center operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and exceptional quality standards.
• Provide executive leadership and mentorship to center directors, fostering professionalism, accountability, and continuous growth.
• Maintain curriculum integrity and monitor learning outcomes using Frog Street and other evidence-based instructional programs.
• Lead family engagement initiatives and support marketing strategies to achieve aggressive enrollment and retention goals.
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, payroll management, and resource optimization.
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, ensuring licensing compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of multi-site management experience in early childhood or childcare operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Georgia's licensing frameworks, Quality Rated, CAPS, and industry standards.
• Proven success in budget management, staff leadership, and program growth.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently across Buckhead and the surrounding Atlanta metro areas.
