Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:45 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour (based on experience and education)

About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated Pre-K Assistant Teacher who will support our Lead Teacher in delivering a nurturing, engaging, and play-based learning experience for our preschoolers. You'll help create a safe, inclusive classroom where children feel valued and inspired to thrive.
What You'll Do:

Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities.

Foster a welcoming and joyful classroom environment.

Promote children's independence, safety, and emotional development.

Pitch in with classroom routines including setup, cleanup, and supporting toileting needs.

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with families.
What We're Looking For:

Required: Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Required: Current NC DCDEE Background Check & Qualification Letter.

Willingness to support classroom cleaning, dishwashing, and caregiving needs.
