Full job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Record patient’s presenting complaint and associated symptoms.
- Update patients medical and ocular history, medications and allergies
- Perform and document ophthalmic testing and preliminary evaluation of patients efficiently (i.e. imaging, visual field testing, ophthalmic biometry, visual acuity, intraocular pressure checks, dilation, refracting)
- Assist providers in caring for patients in a timely, efficient manner
- Instruct patients on medical care as prescribed by the doctor's treatment plan and schedules follow up appointments as needed
- Perform any other duties as may be deemed necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in an Ophthalmic Clinic Preferred but not required
This position is a 40 hour per week position, regularly working M-F between the hours of 7:15am – 4:30pm.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
