Director of Supply Chain

At MCG, we don’t just manufacture electrical equipment; we power the future. We are seeking a Director of Supply Chain who is more than just a manager—we need a strategist, a leader of people, and a "grit-driven" problem solver.

As the head of supply chain for our Electrical Equipment Center of Excellence (EECOE), you will oversee multiple plants, lead our procurement and logistics teams, and ensure that our raw materials move through our facilities as efficiently as the electricity our products provide. This onsite position is being recruited to work from any one of our facilities: Harleysville, PA; Stone Mountain, GA; Bay St. Louis, MS; Belle Chase, LA; or Bethesda, MD.

• Drive Strategic Growth: Partner with executive leadership to define the priorities that will fuel our next phase of growth.

• Build Partnerships: Onboard and manage a high-performing supplier base, negotiating terms that ensure our production schedule remains bulletproof.

• Guard the Flow: Conduct risk assessments to safeguard our commitments to customers and ensure that "out of stock" isn't in our vocabulary.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of proven success managing complex, multi-plant supply chains.
• Mobility: Ability to travel between DVM locations as needed (overnight stays may be required).
• The Basics: Comfortable in a professional office environment, able to lift 15 lbs, and ready to pass a background/drug screening.
