DVM Focus is recruiting an Associate Veterinarian for an established companion animal practice in the St. Louis metro area. This opportunity offers a broad general practice caseload, an experienced support team, medical autonomy, and a collaborative environment.

The schedule is designed for a veterinarian seeking consistent part-time work while maintaining flexibility outside the hospital.

Your caseload may include:

• Wellness and preventive medicine
• General medical care
• Diagnostic workups and case management
• Routine surgery
• Dentistry
• Client education and communication
• Collaboration with veterinarians and experienced support staff

You’ll have the autonomy to practice medicine thoughtfully while having a capable team around you.

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent veterinary degree
• Active Missouri veterinary license or ability to obtain one
• General medicine and surgery proficiency
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Approximately one year or more of clinical experience preferred

Market-based compensation range: $55–$85/hour, depending on experience, schedule, clinical skill set, and compensation structure.
