Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a medical spa
- Active North Carolina Esthetics License
- Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatment protocols
- Excellent consultation, communication, and sales skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Passion for patient education and delivering exceptional experiences
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
Preferred Experience
Experience performing or assisting with:
- Hydrafacial
- DiamondGlow
- Dermaplaning
- Chemical Peels (VI Peel, ZO, etc.)
- Microneedling
- Laser Hair Removal
- BBL/IPL Photofacials
- Moxi Laser
- RF Microneedling
- Body Contouring treatments
- Digital Skin Analysis
- Medical-grade skincare recommendations
Responsibilities
- Perform customized aesthetic treatments safely and effectively
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment options and home skincare
- Recommend treatment packages and retail skincare products
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Assist with practice events, social media content, and marketing initiatives
- Maintain treatment rooms and comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service while helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals
