Manufacturer's Sales Representative Job Summary
We are seeking a self-starter to join our firm as a Manufacturer's Representative. As part of our team, you liaise between manufacturers and retailers or wholesalers to facilitate procurement and sales. This is a Salary and/or commission-based sales position, and our ideal candidate is as adept as relationship building as they are organized and motivated by an entrepreneurial spirit. You identify client needs and ensure that sales navigate successfully through any trade or tariff barriers to reach the final sellers' shelves.
Manufacturer's Representative Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate client relationships within your territory
- Build relationships with manufacturers and clients in order to create repeat sales
- Emphasize lucrative opportunities identified through our firm's research
- Identify opening market opportunities and present them to clients
Manufacturer's Representative Requirements and Qualifications
- Prior experience and successful track record in sales
- Bachelor's degree in business(nice to have)
- Experience with B2B sales and procurement
- Self-motivated personality
- Superb negotiation and communication skills
