The Clinical Director is a key member of the leadership and management team, responsible for leading the multidisciplinary clinical team and overseeing DV Therapy’s clinical operations. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality care by implementing best practices, optimizing utilization, and maximizing the team's potential. The Clinical Director upholds DV Therapy’s Core Values, passion, and purpose while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. The Clinical Director also plays a vital role in implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to enhance operational efficiency, leadership development, and team accountability.

- Leadership and Administration
- Supervise and provide guidance to clinical staff
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures for best practices to ensure high-quality patient care
- Monitor and evaluate clinical programs to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations if needed
- Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, state, and federal healthcare regulations
- Oversee audits and quality control measures to maintain compliance, with industry standards
- Conduct/assign random monthly audits of at least 10% of treatment notes, providing written and verbal feedback.
- Implement corrective action plans when compliance issues arise
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records
- Collaborate with other clinical leaders, both internally and externally
- Staff Development & Training
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and retaining clinical staff
- Provide ongoing professional development and training opportunities
- Conduct performance evaluations and address staff concerns
- Ensure all DV Therapy locations operate with consistent standards of care and clinical excellence.
- Client and Community Relations
- Provide feedback to client intake process
- Address client concerns and ensure a high standard of care. If concerns are no longer clinical, redirect concerns to upper management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as healthcare providers, insurance companies, and regulatory agencies
- Advocate for patient needs and implement improvements in service delivery.
- Financial and Operational Oversight
- Assist in budget planning for clinical programs and resources
- Ensure efficient use of resources without compromising quality of care
- Monitor clinical productivity and adjust workflows as needed

- Travel to all 5 locations: Los Angeles, Bakersfield, Covina, Palmdale, and Santa Fe Springs
- Master’s degree required with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Special Education, Child Development, Social Work, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Minimum 2 years in leadership position
- Ability to lead and prioritize multiple tasks at a time in a dynamic environment without direct supervision
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity, develop a plan of action to improve, implement and evaluate plan effectively
- Strong service mentality and a focus on achieving defined operational standards
