You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each Wingstop location runs at its absolute best, from service to quality to compliance. Your experience in revenue optimization will be key to making sure every location is as profitable as possible. But here’s what really matters: You’re people-focused. You know that success isn’t just about numbers – it’s about developing your team, inspiring them to grow, and creating an environment where everyone thrives. If you’re looking for a place where you can lead, learn, and grow, this is your home. You will be expected to be on your feet for up to 10 hours without break and lift up to 50 pounds when needed. You must be able to bend and twist frequently.

What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year
- Comprehensive Benefits: Health insurance, 401K with competitive match, and a generous PTO package
