What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Wrestling Coach position at Duxbury High School?
Duxbury High School is seeking a Head Wrestling Coach to lead and oversee all aspects of the wrestling program. The Head Coach is responsible for fostering a positive, competitive, and educational athletic experience that supports the development of student-athletes both on and off the field. Responsibilities include planning and conducting practices, organizing meet preparation, supervising assistant coaches, communicating effectively with players and families, and promoting sportsmanship, leadership, and commitment to team culture.
The fall season begins on November 30 and concludes after the team’s final meet in or around the beginning of March , depending on postseason commitments
