Duvall Eyecare is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Optician to join our team! We are a busy, community-focused optometry practice that takes pride in providing exceptional patient care, helping people find eyewear that actually fits them and that they love, and making a positive impact in our community.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for style and detail, and takes pride in helping patients find the right eyewear solution for their vision and lifestyle.

What You Will Do...

• Help patients select frames that look great and fit comfortably
• Recommend lens options to meet patients' vision needs and lifestyles
• Take accurate measurements and assist with frame adjustments, fittings and repairs
• Process glasses and contact lens orders electronically through the appropriate platform, including submitting hardware benefits to insurance
• Manage frame board inventory for your assigned brands, and collaborate with other opticians to ensure cohesiveness

What We Are Looking For...

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous optical experience
• Ability to interpret patient benefits to accurately calculate and collect copays
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependability, flexibility and the ability to thrive in a busy environment

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
