DST is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Office assistant for our corporate office in Senoia, Ga
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Senoia, Ga for a General Office Assistant specializing in Tag & Titles. The assistant will be responsible for handling administrative tasks such as Tag & Title Administration, Process all title work, registrations, and renewals for a large fleet of semi-trailers, managing filing systems, maintaining accurate records, heavy data entry, and answering phones as needed to support the administrative team ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Proficiency in administrative assistance and clerical skills, including data entry, recordkeeping, and filing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing documentation and processing tags and titles
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience with vehicle titles and tagging processes or a willingness to learn is a strong advantage
