Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally; gather and document vehicle information
- Schedule service appointments and manage the daily service flow
- Accurately write repair orders and clearly document customer concerns
- Conduct or coordinate test drives to verify issues when needed
- Review service history and inspect vehicles to recommend additional maintenance
- Educate customers on recommended services and maintenance requirements
- Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts
- Communicate effectively with technicians, parts department, and other internal teams
- Maintain consistent follow-up and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
- Uphold Duval Motor Company’s service standards and brand reputation
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings: background check, MVR check, and drug test
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Completion of Form I-9 and required documentation within 3 business days of hire
- 2-4 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (required)
- Proven record of strong CSI performance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
