What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Support Coordinator position at Dutech Systems Inc?
We are hiring for our direct client
Contract position: 12 months, with a possibility of extension
Onsite: 5 days a week, 7 to 3
Duties and Responsibilities (these duties are a general summary and not all-inclusive):
- Process incoming and outgoing daily mail throughout assigned building.
- Deliver incoming packages from UPS, FedEx or other couriers’ services to agencies within the assigned building.
- Set-up and breakdown conferences rooms as requested by agencies.
- Set-up and breakdown office modular when required.
- Travel to multiple sites as needed such as 1 Ashburton Place in Boston, 40 Broad Street in Boston and 100 Hancock Street in Quincy to assist with mailroom and logistical operations.
- Work ability to work with multiple EHS agencies
- Input data into the CA facilities ticket system
