- Enter purchase orders into tracking system
- Place orders with vendor
- Operate cash register as needed
- Assist with shipping/ receiving/ pricing/ tagging product
- Manage inventory records by completing frequent cycle counts
- Maintain records for accurate reports
- Ensure PO/Invoice and packing slips match
- Work with vendors to rectify damaged merchandise/shorted items/back orders/improper pricing
- Assist receiving area in busy seasons

- Amenable to working in all areas of gift shop based on business needs
- Work with customers with a smile and friendly manner
- Inventory management experience preferred
- Vendor experience preferred
- Cash register experience preferred
Pay: $12.00/hour
Job Type
- Part-time position with flexibility
- Hours: Tuesday through Saturday 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Two Sundays per year to assist with inventory
- On-the-job training provided
