Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Manufacturer role based in Gap, PA. The Manufacturer will be responsible for hands-on work in the production and assembly of post-tensioned precast concrete tanks. Day-to-day tasks include operating equipment, ensuring quality control, following safety procedures, interpreting technical drawings, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. This role requires a commitment to precision, safety, and teamwork to deliver high-quality products.
Qualifications
- Experience with hands-on manufacturing processes, including operating equipment, assembly, and quality control
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately
- Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration
- Physical endurance and capability to work in a dynamic, on-site manufacturing environment
- Experience in precast concrete or construction industries is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing or construction fields is preferred
