THE ROLE:
As Social Media Manager, you’ll own Dutch’s presence across all social channels — from strategy to execution. You’ll bring our brand voice to life, foster community among pet parents, and turn everyday moments of pet care into stories worth sharing.
You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, brand, and veterinary teams to create engaging, educational, and emotional content that reflects Dutch’s mission and drives growth.
\n- Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with Dutch’s brand and marketing goals.
- Manage daily publishing and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Plan and produce creative campaigns that highlight our products, partners, and pet stories.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to expand reach and engagement.
- Track and report on KPIs — using data to inform creative decisions and optimize content performance.
- Stay ahead of social trends in pet care, wellness, and lifestyle — and find fresh, authentic ways for Dutch to join the conversation.
- 3 years of social media experience (in-house or agency), ideally for a DTC, health, or lifestyle brand.
- A strong sense of brand storytelling and tone — you know how to make complex ideas feel fun, warm, and relatable.
- Proven success growing social channels and communities.
- Creative instincts paired with analytical rigor.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple accounts at once.
- A genuine love for pets (and a willingness to share yours in Slack).
- Experience with influencer marketing.
- Graphic design, video editing, or UGC curation skills.
- Experience in healthcare, or regulated industries, subscriptions or membership businesses

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
