Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking support with packaging Bakery Pie Crust as part of a production team. This is a team-oriented environment focused on completing production tasks efficiently. Responsibilities may include filling pouches, sealing pouches, and supporting other production steps as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods during production
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines
- Physically capable of lifting and moving packages up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Access to reliable transportation
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations is a plus, but not required
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position, with hours varying from month to month. Workload typically increases toward the end of the year due to larger orders, resulting in additional hours during that period. This makes it an ideal time to become familiar with our processes.
The work primarily takes place in a warehouse environment.
Compensation:
Starting at $13 per hour, with pay issued twice per month.
