Line Production III

ALT shift position (7:30pm - 6:00am) 4 Days a week Monday - Thursday

Starting rate of $22.00 up to $24.00 per hour depending on experience.

• This position is for a highly skilled Master Machine Operator.

Job Summary:

Effectively produce top quality goods in a timely manner in accordance with SQF standards. Performs daily production duties as instructed by supervisor such as checking in scratch formulas and breakdown items, consistently operates at least 1 of the packaging machines in production or proficient in spice weighing, picking and/or receiving. May be cross trained to perform additional production functions. Flexible to change and works well in a group/team setting. Consistently follows all GMP’s, SOPs, safety, quality and record keeping standards.

Head Processor Responsibilities

• Responsible for food safety
• Experienced processing, mixing, blending and checking ingredients
• Operate forklift
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisor
• Report any inferior ingredients or raw materials to QA, R&D or Mfg. Mgr.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment as instructed
• Follow written and verbal instructions and recipes
• Willing to be trained in all areas of operation
• Other duties as assigned

Master Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Responsible for food safety
• Highly skilled and experienced machine operator
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisor

Formulator:

• Fully trained in formulating activities
• Report any inferior ingredients or raw materials to QA, R&D or Mfg. Mgr.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment as instructed
• Follow written and verbal instructions and recipes
• Willing to be trained in all areas of operation
• Other duties as assigned

Supply Chain Responsibilities:

• Experienced picking and selector skills

• Inventory Control Experience
• Position Supplies
• Forklift Experience
• Report any inferior ingredients or raw materials to QA, R&D or Mfg. Mgr.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment as instructed
• Follow written and verbal instructions and recipes
• Willing to be trained in all areas of operation
• Other duties as assigned
