WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Cleaning windows? Yep — but not like your mom's Windex & paper towel.
- We use high-tech gear and cutting-edge tools to deliver results.
- You'll work outside, stay active, hit new locations every day, and never be stuck behind a desk.
- You'll make customers happy, get tipped out, and build a reputation for being a beast on the job.
PAY PERKS:
- $17–$18/hr as an apprentice (start here, level up fast)
- $20/hr & up as a crew leader
- Bonuses tips = real take-home cash
- Performance Pay for the ones that above and beyond every single day
- Overtime available
- Paid time off benefits (after 90 days FT)
