Responsibilities
- As a Plant Warehouse Logistics Manager, you’ll lead inventory and warehouse logistics operations that directly impact plant performance
- This role sits at the intersection of operations and finance, ensuring the efficient flow of goods, strong inventory controls, and continuous improvement across warehouse processes
- You’ll partner cross-functionally as part of a team dedicated to delivering accuracy, strengthening accountability, and achieving operational excellence
- Oversee inventory operations to ensure accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting across the plant
- Lead and develop Inventory Controllers, providing coaching, feedback, and performance support
- Review daily inventory activity and resolve discrepancies, including investigating variances and driving corrective actions
- Partner with transportation and warehouse teams to support outbound manifest accuracy and operational efficiency
- Support inventory reporting including identifying and addressing discrepancies and supporting period-end processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including implementing best practices across warehouse and inventory operations
- Participate in and lead cross-functional meetings, including inventory reviews, quality holds, and operational updates
- Support root cause analysis efforts to identify and resolve operational and inventory issues
- Create and maintain the daily outbound shipment schedule for shipping operations
- Select carriers within the transportation management system, and coordinate with a third-party team.

- Physical activity may include walking, lifting, and conducting inventory counts
- Exposure to warehouse conditions including noise, temperature changes, and required PPE when on the plant floor
- Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration
- Primarily standard business hours with flexibility required to support audits, reporting cycles, and operational needs
- Occasional travel may be required
