We are seeking a Medical Spa Receptionist/Coordinator to join our team! We are a well established medical spa looking for the right candidate to add to our talented & diverse team. This position involves greeting clients, checking in/checking out, setting up payment plans, and scheduling multiple technicians.

We offer a variety of service from Injectables (Botox/Fillers), medical weight loss, facials to various laser procedures. We are willing to train the right candidate but would ideally like someone who has experience in this field and knowledge of our services. You will be involved in training for all of our services; including Laser Hair Removal, IPL, Body Contouring, Laser Resurfacing, Peels, Etc. This is a great opportunity for an Esthetician seeking to gain advanced education in the Medical Spa Industry!
*Competitive hourly plus sales bonus will be offered with a great opportunity for growth within the company. This position is full time/part time and will consist of 25-40 hours a week. We are looking for someone that is outgoing, friendly, and very motivated to make sales and bring new clients in.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for esthetic laser treatments.
- Maintain accurate medical records and patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting services and products effectively.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and treatment coordination.
