Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role involves managing front desk operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and staff. The Receptionist plays a vital role in maintaining smooth daily operations and representing the company’s professional image.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail 
• Friendly demeanor with a professional appearance 
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic office equipment 
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly 
• Previous experience in customer service or reception ( AT LEAST 1 YEAR)
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not necessary 

Responsibilities 

• Greet visitors promptly and courteously, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to 
• Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and take detailed messages when necessary 
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently 
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times 
• Provide general information about the company’s services or policies to visitors or callers
