What You’ll Do:
As a technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ systems operate at peak performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Performing seasonal startups and blowouts
- Handling service and maintenance calls
- Wiring controllers and valves
- Trenching, pulling pipe, and pressure testing
- Installing heads, rotors, valves, and other irrigation components
- Operating equipment and maintaining a clean, well-stocked service vehicle
We use a user-friendly, web-based scheduling system managed by our Office Coordinator. Technicians are expected to use smartphone apps efficiently and log clear, descriptive notes after each job to keep communication smooth across the team.

- Prior irrigation experience (a plus, but not required — we train the right people!)
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay: $18–$28/hour, based on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays
- Season: Mid-March through November
- Bonus: Winter project or snow removal work may be available for those interested
