Duties
- Oversee daily operations of a high-volume, technologically advanced car wash
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage a team of employees
- Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service
- Perform routine maintenance and minor mechanical repairs on equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Track performance and drive team productivity
Qualifications
