What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality residential cleanings using our proven Dusting Pro system and checklist
- Deliver high quality service with a professional, positive, and caring attitude
- Ability to work individually or with another team member, depending on the job
- Ensure thoroughness and consistency at every job
- Communicate clearly with clients, teammates and supervisors
- Represent our company with respect and professionalism at every job site
What We Require:
- Your own reliable vehicle with valid license & insurance
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
- Ability to work independently or as a team and follow our Dusting Pro Cleaning system
- Physical capacity to lift 25lb, bend, kneel and perform cleaning activities
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to quality and integrity
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional mindset
