We are plant people looking for more plant people. We have a greenhouse North of Nicholasville, near the Toyota dealer and are looking for some help.
## Duties
We grow, ship and sell aquarium plants.
We could use help packing out orders.
Prepping boxes. Packing and unpacking plants.
You will spend time sitting and potting plants as well.
You don't need to know the plants.
You will get dirty, and it does get hot. In the winter its colder....it's a greenhouse.
Barefoot is ok in the summer.
Qualifications.
A background in shipping and packing is helpful but not mandatory.
Must be able to lift a 25 pound box.
We are looking for someone PART to FULL Time . MTWTH. 30-40 hours a week
STARTING PAY IS $15 the an hour as a 10-99.
After 45 days we do an evaluation and talk about more and going to a W2.
We give raises quickly.
If you are great- Prove it. We will pay more for more value. (YOU GET PAID FOR VALUE- Not YOUR TIME.)
If you are awesome, you will get paid better, come in and prove it. We are GROWING.
You must have your own reliable transportation to and from work.
Hours are somewhat flexible later in the week.
MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY 8 to 5. (Perhaps earlier if you want) Thursdays are lighter. We have flexibility Thursdays and Fridays.
But Monday, Tuesday Wednesday are a must. You can rock out with headphones on if you want while planting or working once ya know what you are doing.
