We are looking for reliable, professional cleaners to join our growing team.

The Ideal Candidate:

✅ Has 1-2 years of cleaning experience (preferred, but not required)

✅ Understands the differences between standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-out cleans

✅ Possesses strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent work

✅ Is punctual and dependable

✅ Takes pride in delivering high-quality service and representing our company professionally

✅ Has reliable transportation — this is a must

Important:

• We do not recommend applying if you have a criminal record.
• We are open to hiring people relatively new to cleaning, but we will not tolerate poor communication, lateness, or lack of effort.

You will be a big representation of DustBusters Cleaning when meeting clients. We expect you to complete all tasks to the best of your ability and treat clients and their property with the utmost respect.

Pay & Benefits:

• Experience is not required, but pay rates depend on experience and can grow as you continue working with us.
• All tips belong 100% to the cleaner!

Requirements:

Cleaners are required to have their own equipment and cleaning solutions, including but not limited to:

• Vacuum cleaner
• Mop and bucket
• Cleaning cloths/microfiber towels
• Glass cleaner
• Disinfectants and all-purpose cleaners
• Bathroom and kitchen cleaning solutions
• Protective gloves and other basic supplies
