What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Worker position at Dust to Glam Cleaning Service?
Dust to Glam Cleaning Service is a locally owned small business based in Panama City, FL, and we’re looking to expand our team with reliable and motivated individuals.
We currently have two position available:
- Flexible Schedule Janitorial Cleaning:
- $15.00 - $16.00 per hour for scheduled work on a regular day off.
We are hiring for a set schedule position:
Monday through Friday: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Thursdays: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
This position also requires reliable transportation, a clean criminal background, and a strong work ethic. Training will be provided for all assigned buildings. Both roles are essential to our operations and require dedication, commitment, and a high level of responsibility. Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request refills as needed
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals
- Notify management of any repairs needed
