Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded
- Operate various cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and janitorial tools efficiently and safely
- Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
- Handle outdoor cleaning tasks like sweeping walkways, cleaning exterior surfaces, and maintaining outdoor areas as needed
- Use appropriate cleaning detergents and chemicals while adhering to safety guidelines and handling heavy lifting when necessary
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in professional cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift and move 15-20 pounds
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
