Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to service Airbnb short-term rentals and residential homes. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows checklists, and understands the importance of cleanliness for guests and homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Clean Airbnb units between guest stays (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas)
- Perform residential house cleanings
- Restock basic supplies when needed
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
- Report damages or maintenance issues
- Ensure properties are guest-ready and spotless
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience required
- Must speak and understand English
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently
- Must have dependable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience with Airbnb or short-term rentals
- Availability on weekdays, weekends, or short notice
