We’re a friendly, client-focused cleaning company based in Hampton, VA looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to help keep our clients’ homes sparkling clean. This part-time role offers flexible weekday hours, paid training, and the potential to grow into a full-time position.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain residential spaces with care and attention to detail
- Provide warm, professional customer service to clients and their pets
- Follow cleaning checklists and safety protocols
- Use cleaning tools and solutions safely and effectively
- Drive to client homes using your own vehicle
- Lift up to 25 lbs and work around common allergens (dust, mildew, pet dander)
What You’ll Need
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
- Working cellphone
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Friendly, trustworthy, and dependable attitude
- Comfort working around pets and cleaning products
- Willingness to learn and grow through training
Compensation & Perks
- Paid Training: $15/hour
- Hourly Rate Post-Training: $20/hour
