What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Technician position at Dust Busters Cleaning?
Dust Busters Cleaning is looking for a dependable person to join our cleaning team!
Experience is NOT required — I can teach you what you need to know. What matters most is that you’re reliable, willing to work, and physically able to do the job.
The majority of our work is new construction cleaning, so the homes are empty and there are no furniture, appliances, or household items to work around or lift.
This job requires you to be able to:
Bend and lean
Kneel and squat
Twist and reach
Stretch
Climb stairs and ladders
Be on your feet for extended periods
Keep a steady pace while cleaning
If those things are difficult for you, this probably won’t be the right job for you.
Hours: Approximately 2–3 days per week
Schedule: Flexible and varies from week to week — there is no set schedule.
Wage: Negotiable based on experience and ability.
This could be a great job for a mom who needs to get her kids off to school and be home when they get off the bus, as long as you have reliable transportation to and from jobs in Cambridge and/or North Branch.
Occasionally, there may also be an opportunity to help with residential cleaning, but new construction cleaning will be the majority of the work.
