Position Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate at Durvet, you'll play an important role in delivering products to customers safely, accurately, and efficiently. Team members have opportunities to work in multiple areas throughout our 190,000-square-foot distribution center, performing a variety of hands-on tasks including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and equipment operation.

What You’ll Do:
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately for shipment
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Organize and replenish inventory to support workflow
- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems with attention to detail
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment following company training and certification
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with other warehouse duties as business needs require
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to remain on your feet and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Willingness to follow directions and meet productivity expectations
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment center, shipping and receiving environment, or operating RF scanners or forklifts is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Stand for 8–10 hours per shift
- Frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Occasionally lift items up to 70 lbs using team lifting techniques or mechanical assistance when appropriate
- Frequently push, pull, bend, twist, reach, squat, kneel, and perform repetitive movements
- Read computer screens, labels, written documents, and electronic communications
- Work in varying warehouse environments, including cooler storage areas
