Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Midland, TX, for a Senior Landman at Durus Land Services, LLC. The Senior Landman will be responsible for managing and conducting title research projects, analysis, preperation and review of mineral and leasehold ownership reports.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of land acquisition, leasing, and title research processes
- Proficiency in preparation and analysis of land agreements and contracts
- Familiarity with relevant governmental regulations and compliance efforts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with land and title management software tools
- Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with the team
- Certification as a Professional Landman (CPL) is a strong advantage
