Contract Senior Petroleum Landman
**Durus Land will pay day rates of $550 for qualified applicants with 10 years of experience, with additional bonus incentive rewarding hard work**
Durus land is seeking local candidates for long-term contract employment with upward mobility!
Remote or hybrid work will be considered for the right candidate.
Candidate must be able to perform all duties of a senior-level petroleum land professional, including complex leasehold title research and ownership reporting, mineral and royalty title research, drafting runsheets, leasehold and mineral ownership reports, calculating Working Interest, Net Revenue Interest, and proportionally reduced Overriding Royalty interest. Proficiency in conducting title research in-county and online using multiple research platforms is essential. Additionally, strong interpretation skills of Oil and Gas Lease language are required, along with the ability to comprehend the implications of lease provisions on record leasehold title for multiple depths.
