Dürr has an opportunity for an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead electrical commissioning activities for large-scale greenfield and brownfield installations. In this highly visible, hands-on leadership role, you’ll direct commissioning teams, coordinate across Engineering, Project Management, and site leadership, and help bring complex automotive manufacturing systems from installation through successful start-up and production.

What You’ll Do
In this high-impact role, you will:
- Develop and execute commissioning plans and schedules in partnership with Project Management
- Lead, schedule, and support site commissioning teams
- Coordinate commissioning activities across Engineering, Project Management, site leadership, contractors, and customers
- Lead equipment start-up, troubleshooting, testing, and debug activities
- Resolve installation coordination and engineering issues in the field
- Ensure commissioning activities meet project specifications, quality requirements, and applicable standards
- Participate in site coordination, start-up, safety, and quality meetings
- Ensure the right commissioning resources are available across projects
- Track project performance and support successful customer handoff

What You’ll Bring
You bring significant experience leading electrical commissioning activities in complex industrial or automotive manufacturing environments and understand what it takes to move a project from installation through testing, troubleshooting, start-up, and successful production.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or significant relevant commissioning experience
- Strong experience with electrical equipment installation, commissioning, and start-up
- Experience with industrial networks, including Ethernet and Profinet
- Working knowledge of EN 60204-1, UL 508A, NEC, and NFPA standards
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and resolve technical issues in the field
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements and complex jobsite environments
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with customers, contractors, engineering teams, and site leadership
- Willingness and ability to travel more than 90%, including domestic and international travel
- Flexibility to support project schedules that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime
