Information Technology Manager

To support our digital workplace, we are seeking an IT Manager with expertise in Office 365, networking, and Teams telephony, to enhance our collaboration environment and ensure smooth communication across our global teams.

As part of our global IT team, you’ll play a key role in managing and evolving the digital workplace infrastructure for users in Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

You will work closely with our centralized IT services in Europe (crosslinked global model), acting as the local coordinator for IT infrastructure and support in the AMEA region (CA, USA, MX, BRS)

Your Responsibilities: 

• Managing and optimizing Office 365 environment, including Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive. 
• Administering and supporting network infrastructure to ensure high availability and security.
• Active Directory and Entra ID administration
• Experience with Intune or Endpoint Manager   
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell) is a plus
• Client Management, endpoint security measures, including crosslink as a global shared service
• Implementing and maintaining Teams-based telephony solutions, including Teams Calling and Collaborations. 
• Supporting end-user management, troubleshooting, and providing technical guidance. 
• Planning and executing system upgrades, migrations, and integrations. 
• Collaborating with IT teams to improve communication tools and user experience. 
• Monitoring system performance, security, and compliance with organizational policies. 
• Documenting configurations, procedures, and providing training to end-users.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator with a focus on Office 365, Teams, networking, and telephony solutions. 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Teams, and Teams telephony integrations. 
• Hands-on experience with network infrastructure, VPNs, firewalls, and security protocols. 
• Experience with VoIP, PBX systems, and telephony hardware is a plus. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and team-oriented mindset. 
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
