Role Description
This is a part time remote role for a Roofing Closer located in Rocky Hill, CT. The Roofing Closer will handle the completion of sales transactions, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately filled and submitted. Tasks involve strong customer service interactions, efficient communication with clients to discuss service terms, managing the process, and facilitating deal closures.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience with Closings, Deal Closure, and Escrow processes
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and follow up on leads
- Previous experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or related fields are beneficial.
