About The Role

What You’ll Accomplish
- Frequent contact and support via phone with Duro-Last customers and associates, assisting with order management
- Become well-versed in presenting all Duro-Last product line offerings
- Provide all levels of sales support to in-field Sales Representatives to keep them focused on selling
- Assist with Plant tours and Duro-Last sales training to Duro-Last contractors
- Pre-qualify leads for the territory and disperse them to the appropriate Sales Rep.
- Travel within territory to build loyalty with Duro-Last customers and create new business opportunities with building owners, specifiers, corporate accounts, architects, etc.
- Plan, exhibit, and execute successful industry trade shows
- Participation in territory sales plans, meetings and evaluations
- Drive territory growth by looking through orders determining missing product line items, maximizing our $/sqft
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating plant tours for contractors, building owners and other groups to grow awareness of our different product offerings
- Attend and contribute during sales meetings, offering insight of improvements that can be made
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Field of Study Preferred: Management/Sales/Marketing or similar
- Required Work Experience: 1-3 years sales experience
- Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office/Google products
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to attend Industry Events and Customer visits (10% - 20%)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate others to accomplish tasks at hand
- Multi-task and prioritize objectives based on level of importance
