What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for sales development and growth in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for sales development of Corporate Accounts located in the assigned territory.
- Assist Sales Reps (Independent / Company Reps) and Sales Coordinators in territory management, marketing plans, and strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of sales management and outside sales experience is required
- Previous experience managing Independent Sales Reps is preferred
- Commercial roofing/construction sales management background is desired
- Strong organization skills and experience in Gmail and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel when required
- Must have outstanding management and communication skills
