About The Role
The Material Handler will be responsible for putting product that was received in during the day into locations so it is easy for teammates to locate for order fulfillment. Sustain 5s strategies that have been implemented. Clean and sweep aisles. Some occasional shipping and receiving and order fulfillment.
Shift/Schedule: 7am-3:30p, Half hour lunch. M-F
What You’ll Accomplish
Education: High School or equivalent
Required Work Experience: Warehouse/Inventory experience preferred.
Required Training/Certifications: We will re-certify you on forklift operation regardless of any certifications obtained through previous employers. While a CDL is not required, it may be beneficial for future opportunities.
Required Computer and Software Skills: Ability to utilize a scan gun and email.

What You’ll Accomplish
- Organize the inside and outside storage areas and maintain organization daily.
- Confirming on hand inventory matches inventory records.
- Pull orders for warehouse transfers and Saginaw orders and conduct the necessary transactions to keep inventory accurate.
- Perform daily safety inspection for forklifts, pallet racks, and other equipment.
- Keep storage area clean and free of debris.
- Other duties as assigned
Education: High School or equivalent

Additional Requirements
- Must be self motivated
- Able to work by themselves and in a team.
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment, including but not limited to respirators.
- Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
