Position: Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
DURO Health LLC is seeking an exceptional Certified Athletic Trainer to support US military personnel in a military clinical outpatient setting. Job Description
The position entails the execution of assigned duties, performance as a certified athletic trainer within a diversified team, and working in a military clinical outpatient setting supporting elite US military personnel.
Primary duties are central to spinal care and include injury prevention techniques, musculoskeletal evaluation, rehabilitative exercise, modality employment, care plan development, and documentation. Additionally, an exceptional appreciation and capacity to deliver personalized customer service and medical care is essential to this position.
Responsibilities Include:
· Musculoskeletal evaluation and injury prevention techniques
· Rehabilitative exercise
· Use of modalities
· Development of a care plan
· Outstanding customer service, oriented communication, and client education
· Electronic medical records charting and documentation
· Scheduling, cleaning, filing, and maintaining work location
Minimum Requirements:
· This position requires US Citizenship and verification via National Agency Check
· Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Athletic Training from a CAPTE/CAATE Accredited Institution
· Holds A Current State Licensure (any state)
· CPR with AED certification
· Minimum of 3 years experience practicing as a Certified Athletic Trainer
· English language fluency with strong verbal and written skills
· Ability to communicate Company practices and clinical approaches
Preferred Qualifications:
· McKenzie®/MDT training/experience (Highly Preferred)
· Experience working with NCAA Athletes, Professional Athletes, or Military Personnel
· Advanced Soft Tissue Mobilization Training (e.g., IASTM, Active Release Technique, etc.)
· Experience with MedX® Spine Rehabilitation devices

Salary: 55,000-65,000
Salary offers are relative to personal work experience and achieved (preferred) qualifications.
