Duties
- Safely clean windows of various heights using ladders, scaffolding, or scissor lifts to reach difficult areas.
- Clear debris and blockages from gutters to prevent water damage and ensure proper drainage.
- Operate pressure washing equipment to remove dirt, grime, mold, and stains from building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, and other surfaces.
- Prepare work sites by setting up safety barriers and inspecting equipment before use.
- Follow safety protocols when working at heights or with power tools to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Maintain all cleaning tools and equipment in excellent condition for optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure job requirements are met efficiently.
