The pay rate range, along with most all of the other terms and conditions of employment, vary between different sites, geographical markets, customer/ contractual terms and positions.
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming customer inquiries
- Participation in outbound sales calls/campaigns
- Provide accurate pricing and booking information to customers
- Communication / coordination with local Charter Operations Teams
- Booking and confirming trips
- Follow up on pending quotes
- Invoicing, payment processing, and collection in certain markets
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience in customer service and inside sales
- Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc
- Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize your workload and multi-task effectively
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual is a plus
