About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our busy and friendly pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi to communicate effectively with our diverse patient base.
You’ll play a key role in daily pharmacy operations, ensuring prescriptions are filled accurately, patients are cared for efficiently, and the pharmacy runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and fill prescriptions accurately using pharmacy software
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with patients, doctors’ offices, and suppliers
- Manage refill requests and maintain accurate patient records
- Prepare delivery bags and organize pickup orders
- Assist patients at the counter with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and positive work environment
- Support the pharmacist in daily operations
Qualifications
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy software systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Friendly and professional approach with patients and coworkers
