Manufacturing Company has a position open for a Senior Accountant. Candidate will assist accounts payable with sales and use tax filing, oversee and maintain accounts receivable, complete bank reconciliations, reconcile balance sheet accounts, manage fixed assets, review/reconcile credit card transactions, support month-end accounting closing activities, maintain documented system of accounting procedures, analyze financial processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement, process weekly payroll, support accounts payable and accounts receivable, support department grow by offering accounting solutions and being open to changes in accounting processes and working with team members to share accounting ideas, concerns and feedback.
Requires: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent in accounting as well as skilled in data entry, use of built-in functions and formulas, use of Excel tools, knowledge of standard costing, profitability analysis and understanding of direct/indirect costs and ability to understand/improve accounting processes at all levels.
Salary: $77,000.00.
