Job Overview:
Durham & Co Cleaning is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as part time commercial crew cleaners. In this role, you will help maintain apartment complexes, offices, and other commercial properties, ensuring each space is clean, safe, and welcoming for tenants, employees, and visitors.Responsibilities
Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Dusting and polishing furniture
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
- Other general cleaning duties as assigned
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists provided by Durham & Co Cleaning
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with clients and peers
- Manage your own schedule and travel to various client locations
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail with commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
- Transportation to the job sites (Can be provided based on availability)
- Previous experience in cleaning jobs is preferred but not mandatory. We do offer paid training no matter what!
