Summary
Under general supervision, analyzes defective product in order to identify root causes of failures. Processes auditing in order to identify unfavorable trends in process and product quality for the plant. Involves engineering and production supervision as necessary to identify and correct the cause and to eliminate/minimize future occurrences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned.
- Approves finished products
- Approves in-process production
- Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications
- Conducting visual and measurement tests
- Returning products for re-work
- Confirming requirements
- Assists with QA audits
- Checks, analyzes and inspects raw materials
- Work in process goods and finished goods by following the guidelines to ensure procedures and standards are met
- Identifies issues and recommends preventative and corrective action to mitigate future risk
- Performs periodic audits to ensure the achievement of quality standards

This is a 2nd shift position that will pay $22.28 / hour plus a $2.00 / hour shift premium.
2nd Shift - 2:30PM - 11:00PM or 2:30PM - 1:00AM
