This Role
Our team is looking for Manufacturing Engineer to work onsite at our Huntsville, AL production facility. This is a full time, in-person role reporting to plant leadership.

This Manufacturing Engineer will help improve the efficiency of manufacturing operations at the Huntsville facility by supporting and improving the facility’s production system, including verifying and improving various manufacturing processes.

This Role
Our team is looking for Manufacturing Engineer to work onsite at our Huntsville, AL production facility. This is a full time, in-person role reporting to plant leadership.
What You Will Do
This Manufacturing Engineer will help improve the efficiency of manufacturing operations at the Huntsville facility by supporting and improving the facility’s production system, including verifying and improving various manufacturing processes.
How You Will Do It
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for the production of HVAC systems and components.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to transition new HVAC products from prototype to full-scale production.
- Specify, design, and procure manufacturing equipment, tools, and fixtures to support production needs.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the production of high-quality HVAC products.
- Apply lean manufacturing and Industrial Engineering principles to eliminate waste, improve production efficiency, and optimize resource utilization.
- Provide technical support to production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and maintain production flow.
- Collect and analyze production data to monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with industry regulations, environmental requirements, and safety standards.
- Provide training and technical guidance to production staff on new equipment, processes, and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the HVAC or a related industry.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are a plus.
- Knowledge of HVAC products and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
- Current work authorization in the U.S. without requiring future visa sponsorship.
